All orders are carefully packaged and prepared for shipment.
Our standard processing time is 3โ5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, special sales, live shopping events, or periods of high order volume.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
๐ Shipping Rates & Delivery
The Golden Collections currently ships throughout the United States.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Due to the unique shapes, sizes, and fragile nature of many of our vintage and antique items, shipping costs may vary.
Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination.
Please understand that shipping delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
Packaging & Fragile Items
We know how special your vintage finds are!
Each order is packaged with care to help ensure your treasures arrive safely.
Because many of our products are vintage, antique, or one-of-a-kind, extra packaging materials may be necessary to protect fragile merchandise.
Some larger or especially delicate items may require additional packaging or special shipping arrangements.
Damaged Items
While we take every precaution when packaging your purchases, we understand that accidents can occasionally happen during shipping.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To help us review your claim, please provide:
- Your name and order number.
- Photographs of the damaged item.
- Photographs of the shipping box and packaging materials.
- A brief description of the damage.
Please keep all original packaging materials until your claim has been reviewed.
Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind, replacements may not be available.
We will review each claim individually and work toward an appropriate resolution, including a refund when warranted.
๐ Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking around your property, with household members, and with your local delivery carrier.
If your package is lost during transit, please contact us so we can assist with investigating the shipment.
Lost package claims will be reviewed individually.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be returned and reshipped because of an incorrect address.
Vintage & Antique Merchandise
Please remember that The Golden Collections specializes in vintage and antique treasures.
Our merchandise often has a unique history, and minor imperfections, signs of age, or natural wear are part of its charm.
These characteristics are not considered shipping damage when accurately disclosed in the product description or photographs.
We encourage customers to carefully review all product descriptions and photographs before purchasing.

All sales are final.
Due to the vintage, antique, and often one-of-a-kind nature of our merchandise, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can review the issue.
This policy does not limit any rights customers may have under applicable law.
